To provide software and services supporting the adoption, implementation and on-going development of Intelligent Automation.

Framework notes:

The Framework scope covers products and services within the boundaries of Intelligent Automation; however, its focus is Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Approved Organisations can purchase other Intelligent Automation solutions without RPA if required. Additional and available complementary Intelligent Automation solutions include, but are not limited to: No code/low code platforms, Virtual Assistants, Chatbots, Smart Workflow, Optical Character Recognition (OCR), Natural Language Processing, Intelligent Character Recognition (ICR), Text to Speech and Speech to Text, Analytics and Machine Learning.
